Out-of-Stock Items

At Saucer King we try our best to maintain high levels of inventory, however, occasionally products may run out of stock. We will notify you of out of stock items within 1 business day after your order has been placed.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid upon order remittance.  Once you place your order, you can pay by credit card through our website.

Refusing Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Refunds & Returns

Returns are accepted for unopened, damaged products.

To be eligible for a return, you must have the original purchase receipt and must have all the original packaging. You must notify us within 30 days if you wish to return a product. We have the right to refuse any return request that doesn’t meet these criteria.

The product must be returned to Saucer King in order to qualify for a refund. You will receive shipping instructions upon the approval of your return request. Note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

When your shipment is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@saucerking.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@saucerking.com.
